Career Opportunities｜Web Designer

Responsible for UX design in Figma and coding in html/CSS. We will change the order of content, add new content, and brush up the site to improve usability. About 10 projects, both large and small, are in progress at the same time, mainly requested by the company. Working together as a team, we release about 400 to 600 projects a year. The time required for one project is about 2 hours for a short one, and about 1 month for a long one.

We have a graphic designer in the company who produces about 200 items each month in Tokai alone, including images on the site, posters, business cards, Uchiwa fans, and ad trucks. Since a small number of people are in charge of this project, I sometimes support the graphic designers using Photoshop and Illustrator.

We are often entrusted with both the site design and the page design of each store, allowing us to propose our own methods of achieving our goals. Creating your own designs and experiencing the effects firsthand will lead to your personal growth.

Since most of the projects are in-house, the person in charge of the project can make his/her own reasonable plans and proceed with the project. As for the work environment, each person has two monitors, and the latest applications and fonts are installed.

Monthly salary 250,000 yen or more + bonus twice a year + various allowances

◎ Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours.
◎ Overtime work in excess of 40 hours per month will be paid separately.
◎ Overtime work averages 10 hours per month, but the full fixed overtime rate (40 hours) is paid.
