▼ Update Store Information
Update store photos, event information, job openings, etc. as requested by the sales representative. Basically, it is not difficult as long as you update the information as instructed by the sales representative. In most cases, it takes about 10 to 30 minutes to update one item, and we handle about 5 to 10 items per day.
▼ Preparation of meeting materials
Prepare materials for sales representatives to use in meetings. This is a simple task of tallying sales, number of stores listed, and other figures as instructed.
▼ Creating text for store information
You may be asked to create information on store events, job openings, etc. I check the content with the sales representative and create text that conveys the store's special features. It makes me happy when the sales representative tells me that I have contributed to the store's sales increase!
＜Communication is the key! ＞
For example, if you don't understand the requested update information or want the store to know immediately that you have updated the information, contact the sales representative immediately. By communicating with each other frequently by phone, e-mail, or chat, we can work smoothly and without mistakes.
＜No experience necessary! ＞
After joining the company, our seniors will teach you from the beginning how to update the site and tips on how to write texts. Don't worry, we will start with simple tasks. After about three months of employment, you will be able to perform a full range of tasks.
Must be able to communicate in Japanese, both in writing and verbally, as all internal communication is conducted in Japanese.

Salary |
Monthly salary of 240,000 yen or more + bonus twice a year + various allowances
※ To be determined based on skills, experience and performance
◎ Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours.
◎ Overtime work in excess of 40 hours per month will be paid separately.
◎ Overtime work averages 10 hours per month, but the full fixed overtime rate (40 hours) is paid.
Example of annual income
Annual income: 3.50 million yen (first year with the company)
Annual income: 3.68 million yen (3rd year with the company)
